Dog Registration & Fees

At 3 months of age dogs are required to be registered.

Those dogs who were registered in 2016/17 will receive a renewal notice for 2017/18 including the new disc/tag (this year the colour is yellow). However, your dog will not be registered until payment is received.

For any new dog registration, a registration form can either be sent to your address, downloaded below, or collected from City of Burnside Civic Centre.

Post a cheque with appropriate details included on the back to PO Box 9, Glenside SA 5065.

Due Dates

The due date to pay dog registration fees is 31 August 2017. A $10 late fee will be incurred from 1 September 2017, should payment not be received by the due date. The dog registration renewal is a first and final notice.

Half Price Registration applies from 1 January 2018 to 31 May 2018 for any new dogs registered with Burnside Council.
