Life's a Beach

Pepper Street Arts Centre will launch its second exhibition for 2017, Life’s a Beach, on Sunday 19 February.

Life’s a Beach is a quirky and fun show with the popular theme of the beach, interpreted in a number of ways by more than 30 artists.

Artists have thought outside the square, creating works that are inspired by, and use, found objects, driftwood, shells, seaweed, sponges and sand.

Launch: Sunday 19 February 2 pm

Coppersmith demonstration by Steve Harding

One of the featured artists is Marc Spurgin, Ambassador for the Brighton Jetty Classic Sculptures Exhibition. Marc’s work appears in homes and wineries around the state.

Come and enjoy a number of different art forms such as pottery, sculpture, paintings, mosaics, jewellery, woodwork, prints, textiles and glass.

Artist Demonstrations each Saturday 2 pm – 4 pm.

Life’s a Beach exhibition runs until Friday 24 March.
