Community Garden- Chapel Street
With support from the City of Burnside Council, Chapel Street Community Garden (CSCG) officially opened in May 2012 and is run by a passionate group of community members. CSCG promotes the growing of fresh, organic produce in a community setting.
The award winning Chapel Street Community Garden (CSCG) is looking luscious with plots enjoying the rainy weather. Having recently recieved the Parks and Leisure Australia State Award for 'Inclusive and Connected Communities,' the garden is looking forward to more community orientated projects in the future. Look out for new works of art popping up in the garden including mosaic tap bowls by Uniting Communitys and Magil Lodge residents and seating by the Morialta Unting Church Men's Shed.
