Immunisation
Information and dates for the following monthly free clinics are available from the Council: Poliomyelitis, Tetanus, Mumps and Measles, Rubella and Triple Antigen (Diphtheria, Whooping Cough and Tetanus).
Please retain and produce record cards of previous inoculations. For more information please call the Eastern Health Authority on (08) 8132 3600.
Sharps disposal
A medical waste bin is located at the Burnside Civic Centre. Secure containers of sharps can be brought in for disposal during normal office hours. Sharps containers can be bought from Council's Customer Service Desk.
