Immunisation

Immunisation remains one of the most effective preventative strategies for the control and eradication of communicable diseases in the world.

Local Government plays a significant role in the delivery of immunisation in South Australia and it shares responsibility with other levels of government and providers to improve immunisation uptake and coverage.
