Missed/Damaged Bins

Missed bin collection over Christmas/New Year period?

Unfortunately scheduled bin collections for the week following Christmas Day 2017 and the week following New Year’s Day 2018, will be delayed until the day after the normal scheduled collection.

The bin collection days will be as follows:

Normal Collection Services resume

The Council understands households have additional waste, recycling and organic material for collection at this festive time of year and sincerely apologises for any inconvenience arising from an incorrect 2017/2018 Waste Collection Calendar.

 

Missed collection

Council has a new Service Level Agreement associated with missed bin collections. Please contact East Waste directly for all enquiries associated with a domestic bin that has not been collected on your scheduled collection day.

If you contact East Waste before 2 pm on the day of your collection, East Waste will come and collect your bin on the same day. If you contact East Waste after 2 pm they will collect your missed bin on the following day.

Damaged Bins

If any of your supplied 3 bins are damaged during waste collection, please contact East Waste directly for all enquiries.
