Missed, Missing or Vandalised Bins
Please contact East Waste directly for all enquiries associated with a domestic bin that has not been collected on your scheduled collection day.
Residents can phone East Waste directly on 8347 5111 or email email@example.com.
If you contact East Waste before 2 pm on the day of your collection, East Waste may be able to collect your bin on the same day. If you contact East Waste after 2 pm they will try to collect your missed bin on the following day.
If any of your supplied 3 bins are damaged during waste collection, please contact East Waste directly for all enquiries.
