Adoption of Management Plans for Community Land

Notice is hereby given that at its meeting held on 27 September 2016, Council resolved (C10851) to adopt Management Plans as amended for the following Community Land:

Neighbourhood Parks, Local Sports & Recreation Areas, Tusmore Park, Hazelwood Park, Kensington Gardens Reserve, Kensington Park Reserve, Special Feature Reserves, Hills Face Reserves, Pocket Parks, Walkways & Screening Reserves, Community Centres, Magill Cemetery, Kindergartens, Car Parks and Drainage Reserves.

Public notice has also been published in the Government Gazette, on 1 December 2016, and in the Eastern Courier Messenger, on 7 December 2016, thereby satisfying the requirements arising under sections 197 and 198 of the Local Government Act 1999.

The adopted Management Plans may be viewed online.
