Online Meditation Class with Sahaja Yoga Meditation

A simple and dynamic method of meditation using practical techniques, easily integrated into your daily life to help you experience emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

Through this method of guided meditation you will experience a state of mind called 'thoughtless awareness'. This is an awakened state through which you will feel relaxed, allowing you to begin the journey of self-discovery.

To join an online class:

  1. Register your interest by emailing Sahajayoga.Adelaide@gmail.com or by calling 0417 806 336 or 1300 724 252.
  2. Download the GoToMeeting app on your phone.
  3. Access the live online meditation sessions each Tuesday at 7.15 pm, for a 7.30 pm start, via the meeting link that will be sent to you each week.
