Fitness in the Parks
A great way to enjoy fitness in our beautiful parks including Bollywood Dance, Aqua Fitness, Groove Dancing, Stretch & Balance, Walking, and Dad Bod Fitness. All sessions are FREE*, with qualified instructors, suitable for all ages* and offered in our stunning Burnside parks.
*Participants in aqua fitness must pay pool entry, be 1.5m tall and water confident
