Plan Search Application (lodged before 19 March 2021)

Council holds a variety of electronic and hard copy records that relate to development applications as required under the Development Act 1993.

Approved development applications for building work submitted prior to 19 March 2021, can be made available for inspection within 5–10 business days from payment of the $30.00 administrative fee. Delays may occur if files need to be retrieved from off-site storage.

Not all plans and documents have been stored or retained by Council. If this is the case, we recommend that you endeavour to find the original owner, architect, designer or engineer involved with the building work.

Plans or any other copyright documents may not be copied without the express written permission of the Copyright owner (Copyright Act 1968). Plans will be made available to the current owner of the property on receipt of suitable identification when submitting the Plan Search request.

An administrative fee of $30.00 is payable for each submission and is non-refundable regardless of search results.
