Are you aged 14–18 and passionate about helping others?
Join Cooking for a Cause, a four-week program where you’ll learn to cook healthy, delicious meals while giving back to the community.
Each week, participants will prepare nutritious dishes that will be donated to local homelessness support organisations through OzHarvest. You’ll build kitchen skills, make new friends, and enjoy the meals you’ve cooked together.
The course runs weekly on the following dates:
17, 24 February & 3, 10 March 2026
Priority will be given to applicants who:
- Live or attend school in the City of Burnside (proof required)
- Have not participated in the program before
Successful applicants will be notified four weeks before the course begins. No prior cooking experience needed—just a willingness to learn and help others!
