Wild Fibres textile artists celebrate 5 years together with the presentation of this exhibition. The artists are all passionate about fibre. The group approach textile art from different backgrounds and use a variety of techniques to manipulate fibres. There will be a vibrant display of wall hangings, framed works, wearables, baskets and other pieces on show.

This is the seventh show by the group who choose an exhibition topic which enables each member to develop a body of work inspired by a common theme. The title "firelight" aims to evoke images of a sense of connectedness and feeling cosy when sitting together round a fire in contrast to the cold beyond.
