A Cooking Experience for Connection and Confidence
The Men's Kitchen is a monthly program designed especially for men aged 50+ to come together, build confidence in the kitchen, and connect with others in a friendly and welcoming space.
Held at the Glenunga Hub in the fully equipped community kitchen, each session focuses on learning basic cooking skills, preparing simple and healthy meals, and sharing food in good company. Whether you are new to cooking or just want to brush up your skills, this program offers a relaxed environment to learn practical tips for cooking for one, reducing food waste, and making healthy eating easy and enjoyable.
Delivered in partnership with The Next Step Australia, this hands-on environment is about more than just food, it is about promoting independence, reducing social isolation, and having fun along the way.
Learn. Cook. Connect.
