Customer Support

The City of Burnside provides 24 hour customer support through an after hours answering service available on (08) 8366 4200. The answering service is provided with the emergency contacts of relevant staff who are on call to assist in times of community emergency and need.

If you are unable to get through to the City of Burnside's after hours answering service via (08) 8366 4200, please call (08) 7071 3700 direct.

Emergencies

  • Call 000 for police, fire and ambulance in an emergency.
  • Calls should only be made to the 000 service when police, fire or ambulance attendance is necessary in an emergency situation.
  • When using a standard phone, call 000 (triple zero) for police, fire or ambulance.
  • If you are using a GSM digital mobile phone which is out of range of your service provider, displays a message indicating emergency calls only, or does not have a SIM card, try 112.
  • If you have a speech or hearing disability the service can be accessed via the national relay service on 106.
