Mobile Phone Recycling

If you are unable to sell or gift your old phone you can recycle it through Mobile Muster.

Residents can drop off unwanted mobile phone, along with its battery, charger and SIM Card (please remove private information first) in the Mobile Muster recycling bin at the Burnside Civic Centre located at 401 Greenhill Road Tusmore SA 5065.

Why recycle your old phone?

Through Mobile Musters recycling process over 95 per cent of the materials in a mobile phone are recovered. This includes materials such as glass, aluminium, lithium, plastic, and other valuable metals such as silver and copper. These valuable materials can be re-used so fewer raw materials need to be extracted and processed to make new products.
