The electorate of Bragg was named in honour of Sir William Bragg, Professor of Physics at the University of Adelaide, and his son Sir William Bragg. The Nobel Prize of 1915 was jointly awarded to both men for the development of X-ray crystallography.

The seat is held by Mr. Jack Batty MP (Liberal Party).

3. Hartley

The electorate of Hartley was named in recognition of the services to education, performed by John Anderson Hartley. John Hartley established the system of compulsory education in South Australia in 1875.

4. Morialta

Morialta is an aboriginal word meaning "running water" or "ever flowing".

The seat is held by Hon. John Gardner MP (Liberal Party).

5. Dunstan

The electorate of Norwood was renamed as Dunstan and the last election saw changes to the boundaries. The suburb of Norwood was named after an English village and was established in 1838.

The seat is held by Ms Cressida O’Hanlon (Labor Party).
