The Burnside Library provides access to a large range of online databases including newspapers, magazines, ebooks and audio books. Many of these databases have dedicated apps which can be downloaded via your device's respective app store.

Ancestry Library Edition

The Ancestry Library Edition electronic resource is now available to patrons within the library. Ancestry is a database aimed at those doing genealogy. There are more than 4,000 databases and 1.5 billion names!

Troveis the National Library's free search engine. It enables enquirers to:
